Forza Horizon is more towards arcade than sim though, Forza Motorsport is the more sim-like one. You also have to take into consideration that not everyone has the time to tune their cars, since it takes a long time to tune them properly (plus some people prefer doing things like making liveries instead, which also take quite a long time to do) These are optional as they don’t make a difference to the performance of the tune.
